A joint venture can be capitalized at any level, from US$ 1 to US$ 4 million. The next thing is what the JV will do, and how its activities will be financed (equity, debt, shareholder debt, shareholder convertible debt, etc). The parentage of JVs are important considerations to its prospects, and 9984-VERT makes good parents. Capitalization generally increase as activities go up. This is only the beginning. Next issue: will 9984 team up with Sony or AOL/TWX, using its YHOO and YHOO Japan as currency.
