All,

My brokerage account is giving me quotes on all my option positions showing trades that ran on Monday! For example, I'm getting a last trade on the MSFT Jan 105 calls at 4 1/4 at 2:18 on Monday with volume of 541 contracts. My other MSFT options are showing similar declines, as if the stock were around 109 or so. I checked last Thursday's closing prices to see if that was what I was getting, but no go. All my other options are either up or down from Fridays close as well. CMB calls down 2 1/2, EGRP down 1 3/8, CMGI up 7...wierd. I've never seen anything like it. Anyone else see this in their accounts, or is this just a mistake?

:>> Whisper number was.86 now this makes for an interesting day on Tuesday.Beating consensus by a penny isn't exactly a blow out at the 80 cent level.<<

Beating Whisper numbers is another cooked up scam by the con artist who use this method to see what people on threads like ours think the actual earnings numbers will be. If the company does not beat those expectation on top of the already analysts estimates then we get killed. Our markets are getting ready to open and already indications are that are going to get smashed because Motorola did not beat the whisper numbers. The MM's all they have to do is read a few of our wishful posts and then have the mo mo boys do the opposite. It plain sucks.I think our financial markets should remain open when markets around the world are also trading.Today does not look good at all
