Paul, re: RSA and Itanium,

That's great news for Itanium. One of the things Intel wants to address in their quest to become Numero Uno in the E-commerce domain is the issue of security (as we all know from that flap with the Pentium III serial number). Remember that malcontent out there who stole credit card numbers from a web site and blackmailed the owners of that site? Unfortunately, intrusions like this aren't likely to decrease, so security will become an even bigger and bigger issue in the near future. RSA's optimizations for IA-64 makes for yet another Itanium advantage that can be marketed to Intel's benefit.
