Congrats to our ETEK holders on a handsome premium. . .on 1.1 JDSU for each ETEK. Hopefully JDSU will present an even better buying op as arbitrage players short JDSU and go long ETEK at the open. And yes you are correct, Baton. . .with OCLI and ETEK, JDSU has a lock on fibre. . . .implying that Lucent will probably sell off even more on this news. However, the smaller fibre optic, broadband companies will probably move up sharply in sympathy. . . .CIEN, SDLI, LPTHA, ADAP, HLIT. . . as they are seen as the next in line to be scarfed up. Rande Is
