This very helpful hint was just graciously passed on to me so I thought I'd share it with you too, Lee.

Once you have highlighted the text, then "RIGHT" click your mouse(a menu should pop up with the command "copy"). Left click on the copy command & you have captured the desired text. You never have to go to the keyboard. Copy & paste can all be done with the mouse.
