A listing across the border would be great no doubt. They'd have to do $ 3.50 US before they could do Nasdaq unless they went BB. I'd love to see them go Nasdaq straight out and given their lineage (Staudt) it may well be the game plan. From the Chairmans (Hinchciffe) address to Shareholders in Feb 99, he stated they would like to do a US listing, albeit they are late.

"Jordex shares currently trade on the TSE, however we have committed to take the appropriate steps that will lead to a US registration filing this year, which will be the first step in providing greater visibility for your Company."
Maybe it's all part of getting their "ducks in a row".

Regarding BCE: Yes indeed, how many JDX's. I read that the market cap of the company was about the same as the GNP ? of New Zealand.

EDIT: I picked this up off of Stockhouse tonight.
"take a peek in Jan. 10th 2000 edition Forbes Business Magazine. Beautiful pitch on Medsite.com - B2B E Commerce private Company with a load of 75 million US cash, 2 great acquisitions already executed, plus more to come and it's imminent giant IPO on Nasdaq. "
