Re: Court Update... Pugs admits runner story was "garbage"

Basher,
Just to be fair to these losers....it was filed with the process server tuesday, who sent out the subpoenas & summons, this is the 'process', that's how it works. Now the atty signs off on the stamped copy. The atty didn't do that today because of his schedule, but . I am told, should do so by 4PM Vegas time tommorow.
Of course all the 'runner' garbage, this atty , that atty stuff and twisting to the nth degree is designed to create doubt amongst investors, yet...everyone I know is on the same sheet of music, except for the FBN drool squad.
Nite dude!

So, what have we learned?

1. Nothing was filed with the court on Tuesday as Pugs assured us over and over this past week, but with the process server.

2a. That after process servers get material from attorneys they stamp it and send it back to the attorney to sign (then presumably the attorney sends it back to the process server who sends it back to the attorney to make extra extra sure, and then the attorney attaches a post-it note saying he is)

2b. That attorneys send unsigned copies of lawsuits to the court to get filed and stamped and then they sign off on them.

Tomorrow: Pugs teaches us how to make a souffl‚. Stay tuned!
