You are correct. Let's not get carried away with these estimates. It is much better to be surprised on the upside than to be disappointed. I'm with you.
11 cents is a fair expectation.

Jefferies & Co reit Hold on GNET and raised target from $105 to $126. Noted that expected positive results from earnings release. I will take either target and a split announcement ;)
