Shaw TAL has been looking for technology-internet deals for a while (announced in April) and wasn't a mining company before this deal. Although this may be a change of business I don't think it is as cut and dry as other ones who are switching from another business. It is very likely that the company is pushing to extend the halt because the wireless deal slipped out. I plan to add some shares when it comes off the halt unless it gaps up too much in which case I will just hold the ones I already have. PHPI
