Looks like a lot of our G & K stocks are held as the Largest Holding in many mutual funds.

The latest issue of Business Week dated January 24th has their annual Mutual Fund Scorecard. I'm not a fan of mutual funds but I found the listing of each mutual funds Largest Holding was interesting. I was not surprised to see the silverbacks MSFT, CSCO, and INTC but I was surprised to see how many funds listed JDSU, QCOM, GMST, SUNW, and EMC as their Largest Holding.

There was a total of 885 funds listed. The number of times that G & K's showed up as Largest Holdings is shown below.

MSFT 111
CSCO 33
INTC 8
JDSU 9
QCOM 7
GMST 5
SUNW 14
EMC 7

It looks like like some of the more recent Gorilla stocks have been discovered. <g>

Dan (and now back to lurking. and yes, I've read the RFM)
