Ed Hirschman Promoted to Vice President of New Service Development at ITXC Corp
PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2000--ITXC Corp© (NASDAQ:ITXC - news) announced that Ed Hirschman has been promoted to Vice President of New Service Development.

In his previous position as Director of New Product Development, he was responsible for the successful launch of the first phase of ITXC's wholesale PC-to-Phone service. This service has achieved a runrate of over a million minutes a month just three weeks after its announcement

As Vice President of New Service Development, Hirschman will continue to launch enhanced voice-enabled services over ITXC's global network, ITXC.net(TM), foster product and technology partnerships, and provide iNOW! and interoperability leadership. He reports to Tom Shoemaker, ITXC's new Executive Vice President of Business Development.

``Ed is an ITXC superstar,' said ITXC Chairman and CEO Tom Evslin. ``Thanks to him, we are ahead of schedule in launching web-based products. Our customers have learned to expect great things from him.'

Before his position as Director of New Business Development, Hirschman was ITXC's Director of Product Management and was key in the on-time launches of ITXC's first three services. Prior to joining ITXC, he was a Senior Product Manager with Geotek Communications and a Project Manager with Motorola focusing on wireless voice and data communications

tekboy, After some thought, I agree with your privacy point. At first, it seemed innocent enough information, but the underlying principal is bad. I won't copy any more info like that. Apologies to the Evslin's if they are reading this.
