FWIW, INTC is valued at approx 344 Billion as we speak. The revenue of the entire semiconductor sector should be in the 200 Million range this year.

I do not think INTC is excessively valued nor do I think AMAT is, even after the scary numbers you present:-)

Forgot to mention Merrill pushing the equipment stocks today....they like AMAT, KLAC, NVLS, ASMLF.

BTW, for the record, I am completely out of the semiconductor equipment sector as of last week, and I already regret it. But I totaled up my portfolio, looked at the Nasdaq valuations, and decided I didn't want to give any of it back.

Still, I must must confess to being a secret admirer of Brian's "buy low, sell never" philosophy.
