OT. Good morning, Marvin. Yes, I own some TYC, but it is not on my "favorites" list and will not be until the SEC issues are resolved. However, I think it is an excellent company that should be regarded as a core holding. Hope the weather down South is better than it is up here. Man, it is really cold. I see AOL just introduced some new features to its "Instant Message" feature. I just downloaded the stuff this a.m. but haven't tried it yet. These guys are clever. Most changes I've seen them make to the functionality of AOL (like "You've Got Pictures", for instance) are not only useful, but go right to the bottom line. I'm starting to feel very good about the merger. It will take time, but patience will be rewarded. Tuck this stock away. It's an annuity. Have a great day, Marv. Tec.
