Yes, here's a note from Joe Harary explaining:

Dear Dennis:

Thanks for asking this question. If you are referring to the Dow Jones Newswire article by Mark Yost which came out today, Mr. Saxe said “There is a strong possibility that one of the Company's licensees will launch a commercial product in the next 12-18 months.” This time frame was suggested by the reporter in the interview who asked specifically if there was a possibility that products would be out within 12-18 months, to which Mr. Saxe replied that there was a “strong possibility”. As you know, we do not predict or announce timelines for commercial introduction of SPD products, this is up to our licensees to do. Mr. Saxe was merely responding to the timeframe presented by the reporter. Of course, saying that something can happen WITHIN the next 12-18 months means that it can happen any time between now and then.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of this quote.
