Within 3-5 years, we expect that the wearable PC will be the delivery platform in a world where wireless computing and communications is the norm.

We expect that the wearable PC will replace the cell phone, pager, laptop and PDA by unifying all of these functions in one device that uses standard operating systems such as Windows or Linux.

We expect that there will be several models of wearable PCs, including a consumer-oriented model that is well under $1,000. We expect these models to be used by the 137 million workers around the world that move around and don't currently have reliable access to their organization's information technology. We also expect these models to be used intially by prosumers (professional consumers) and ultimately by consumers.

Around that time, we expect that the technology in our core computing patents will be taking hold. Core computing involves taking a small device that has all of your data and preferred applications and putting it into an enclosure that determines how it is used: wearable, laptop, desktop, car, or home. No synching and one IP address for the truly personal PC that provides consistent computing wherever you are.

Regards,

John
