Dear Mr. Twister:

1. I recently sold my MSFT holdings and put them into SUNW after MSFT reorg. I still do not see any MSFT market leading internet products.

2. If i companies are using SUNW for their e-business, I think they will continue that expansion to their internal infrastructure.

3. I think that MSFT will equal or outpace earnings projections for the next few quarter. But I think that you might see a slowdown in top line revenue this quarter (especially for NT). If is more difficult to manipulate the top line numbers. MSFT has so much money in reserve accounts that they will not miss earnings.

4. How many refrig/ovens/toaster etc. are sold annually. Quite a few but compared to the explosive growth of the PC market/client-server over the past decade the number is minor. If the PC market is near saturation there is no way MSFT or any other hardware PC box maker can make that up by selling software in the refrig. market. The G.E. news is good for MSFT but they have a 600 billion market cap for shareholders sakes. How do you maintain that with a declining or somewhat flat market for PC's.

P.S.: ORCL is not penetrating the W2K space with SUNW and Linux. Better proven options for mission critical apps.

All, IMO, Bob.
