He will be replacing Charles Clough of Merrill Lynch who stepped down at the end of last year." smartmoney.com Merrill's already named Clough's successor, but I believe they are looking for a US Strategist/Analyst/Whatever. The article's unhedged proclamation seems a bit odd, since Joe B is still at Gruntal. Then again, Mother Merrill is now telling J6P to "Be Bullish".
