Dan- Netscape Navigator is an AOL/Time Warner brand. When Judge Jackson is done with Microsoft in the woodshed they will resume slugging it out. The browser is the best application platform ever and it's not going to go to waste. Harvey P.S. Sold my MSFT near the close @ 115 13/16. Thank you MSFT longs. I will purchase a Win2000 Professional upgrade in appreciation.

by most conventional political measures, libertarians are sort of on the fringe. Only people who don't know what libertarians stand for think this. Why, exactly, should Lessig share your devotion to Hayek? I never said he should, or even that he does. What I do think is that his overly broad definition of liberty can lead to tyranny. BTW, did anyone but me notice yesterday the other shoe that didn't drop, the dog that didn't bark, the mouse that didn't roar?
