"Do you also experience the same frustration??"
Frank:
Well ,yes, it took me 5 min to post this
You can add Linux along with DOJ & FED. If it was'nt for the DOJ, MSFT could have already gone up and possibly split again already.
Cheers

3. The slow navigation around SI. What in the world is wrong with this site? I sometimes spend twenty minutes trying to get from one page to another. Why don't they fix this long time problem? Do you also experience the same frustration??
---

Maybe they should go back to a Windows platform? I hear there's this new version called Windows 2000 that's pretty good...

:)

<<1. The persistant rise on the long bond rate dispite all evidences to show that there is no need for this to occur.>>

Says who? There is every need for the bonds to react the way they do - especially when the lunatics are running the asylum. Speculators who know jack sh*t about credit bubbles etc. running wild and are holding the economy hostage. The Prez, Feds, SEC and Wall Street vested interest groups - all are either irresponsible or scared sh*t to do anything about the wild speculation with leveraged money. The bond market and the currency market are the only game in town to tech lunatics a lesson. Until the speculators who expect feds to back them with monetary policies that support their "reasonable" expectations of 100% returns/week (ironically some people keep calling them "investors," bravo!) you can expect the tough love in the bond land to continue. Mark my words - the bond will continue to tank until the stock bubble collapses.

Consequently, ALL CLOWNS WILL BE DESTROYED!
