Scott Fisher was exhausted before he ever reached base camp that year. He had been traveling all over the world constantly, trying to get clients for his expedition co, and his liver problem was causing him seizures almost daily. His own assistant conveyed this. It is no wonder he died.

Hall's death was lack of adherence to his own rules.

Never stay too long at the top. Maybe a lesson for investing here, too.
