My friend is a senior consultant at CSCO and she swears by it !!! I am just waiting for the AIRO merger to be closed before I get one for myself !!!! It sure looked good.

I bought iMacs for my boys this year and considered getting the airport wireless setup that apple sells. It was rather hard to justify the price difference though compared to running some wire. Also the wireless was just 10baset. I ended up buying two 10/100 switches and running wire on the outside of the house from the basement (where my office is) up to the second floor where their bedrooms are. For me, performance was a factor, mobility was not. Besides, I am perfectly comfortable sleeping at my desk...
