I don't normally do indexes, but here are a few bullish interpretations from two ot the newer GET tools:

(1) NASDAQ: My NQC chart is showing a third wave up from the August '99 lows. From the small Wave 4 Low made on January 7, 2000, draw an ellipse to the MOB-Wave 3 Top of January 24. Support hits right at Friday's lows.

(2) DJI, SPY, OEX: There's a nice Low on the screen on January 5, 2000. Draw a MOB from that low and you hit Friday's Lows.
