Keeping in mind the value of broadband and the Internet skills that would be required on such a scale, those being sought who are without such skills might be made to see the light of what such a merger might mean to them and their shareholders.

End result, stock swaps and a new and larger company worth more than the sum of all their parts: A Gestalt Delight.
