To Tc and everyone....I agree ...Everone is waiting to see the numbers and next quarter outlook as the company sees it...Anyone care to comment on what they think the numbers will be like..? If AOL were not going to have blow out numbers would TWX have waited to do the deal later? what do you guys think?

You may be right - the expectations for AOL have been notched down recently and doing better than the street estimate should send it up. I am long just a few hundred shares at this point but may add to that at around 60 if it gets there.
