If it closes above 38 and continues into the 40's I'd say buy the E&P sector with abandon...at least the laggards. XNG is near it's 200 dma, but if APA breaks out so will XNG. I can't imagine we're going to sell off in the E&P's just before earnings. Therefore I'm adding laggards now.
