Dear Gregor, I add my prayer for Betty Jane to yours, and if it is Betty's will to stay here, then I pray that our Father in Heaven will extend His healing mercy as given through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Remember my telling you about old, old Mrs. Butkovic, my precious old worn out Yugoslavian landlady when I was young and very foolish?

Her family caught me on a fly through coming home from Mexico one time and she had since fallen very sick and they said to go to the hospital and tell her she had to get better, that somehow, "she would listen to me."

Well, you know what she said, and this woman loved her family to the utter absolute max! She looked me right in the eyes and said, and I quote, "Graaace....I very tired. I want to be with God and my husband, I don't want to be here anymore."

It was a precious experience and I don't know what happened.
She was so tough she probably recovered.

She also said something to funny that to this day I laugh outloud thinking about it. We were having a great discussion about life in general and my views on how to live it, and all that, and she looked at me stunned and said, "Graaace, you think you gonna look that that all you life? No, Grace--you gonna look like me. You better settle down now!"

I just love it still.

Heaven is the place we all want to be and when anybody actually gets a shot at it it brings sadness to so many.

So, there is only one way to Heaven and so death to me is not as sad as it is to other people. I think everyone simply steps out of their body and looks at it in wonder, if they even care to look back.

Please try to remember that side of Glory when our prayers are not answered. I believe they are all answered, but not according to what we think or want all of the time.

When you spoke of old Helen, I momentarily pictured this old woman who no longer was dancing a jig of joy somewhere above us. So, who knows, maybe that is what she did.
