FYI:

RFMD a leading provider of RFICs for wireless (amplifiers and other components) reported after the close today . . . CDMA orders are now accounting for 23% of their GaAs HBT CDMA power amps sold (SiGe CDMA receiver also introduced, no data - yet) orders from zero just a few quarters ago. Management wrote that they were "surprised" but that two new high volume CDMA contracts would be expected soon.

I'm going into the call now . . . if anything of real interest pops up I'll post notes. Seems like more of the same (referencing MOT call).
