could someone help me, I just started today, and am getting 15 min delayed qoutes...I have the 79.95 package don't I get live charts for that?

Also, Is there a way to print out instructions or a manual or something, I'm basically clueless, and would appreciate any help I can get.

Paul, I'm referring to Times & Sales for options; puts and calls, e.g.,

QCOM Jan 2001 130 calls (ZQJAF)
JDSU Jun 115 calls (UQDFC)

There are quotes from the various exchanges cboe, phlx, amex all day long yesterday. As far as I know, options can't trade if the underlying stock doesn't trade. Markets were closed yesterday.
