Rotation into energy will get snowball effect once oil cross
$30...just like internet craze..

Oil-service stocks, especially large.(SLB, HAL, RIG) despite huge gains are really fraction of what they were before Asian Crisis....Momentum is heavily tilted into energy...Big Boys now feel they got to own these stocks at any price...So it is more tnan value, but soon will be momentum play...any good energy stock will go...

I would just reiterate my own holdings...naturally biased (I added heavily last week into service stocks and gas pipelines-FGP)

Service: RIG, SLB, HAL, DO (all NYSE)

GAS: VLV, HTR on TSE, XTO, EOG (NYSE)

Pipeline: FGP

Speculative: TMK, UP, ESX, WT

"The bottom line is that nobody has expected oil to
hold near these levels, and it has. That is a big
positive for these companies' earnings in the near
term," said Poe Fratt, senior analyst at A.G.
Edwards.
