Thanx..! need to try to have a little humor..people are too serious here! Long TERM this is a winner no question about that. It will be painful for a while. Now if we could see a great report tomorrow after the close that would not hurt and could probably stop the bleeding.

This is the first time in my life I've ever heard an accountant admit that he was "under water" about anything when he wasn't dealing directly with the IRS. JDN, you're getting soft. <g>
