Heinz - Hi. An observation on ASA, up 3/8 today on more than twice its normal volume. If the chart in the following link is to be believed, it has traded below its NAV during the past few months for the first time in five years. The discount was actually 25.8% as of 11/14. The question is if the discount is a reflection of buyers' lack of enthusiasm for gold stocks, or (maybe remotely) is something amiss down in South Africa. If not the latter then maybe an opportunity presents itself. Opinion? For some reason I wasn't able to copy the link, but here it is:http://www.trustnet.co.uk/it/funds/chart.asp?share=748
Scroll down to find the five-year chart. Ralph
