I called IR last week and they told me that the IRS ruling letter was to find out if they could distribute shares of PCSI to stockholders on a tax free basis. AZTC made it very clear that they had not made a decision on whether they would do that or not..... All in all I think it bodes well for the price of the stock.... Ed...
