Talk about coincidence:

I took a weekend trip this weekend (Mar 25-27) to Disneyland with the family. We happened to be staying next to the Anaheim Convention Center. When we pulled up to the hotel I noticed a big banner that said "Natural Products Expo".

After checking in, I walked over the the Convention Center. It was about 6:00pm and hundreds of people were leaving. It looked like the day had just ended for the Expo. I went in anyway and quickly found an Expo program. I looked to see if Baywood might be in there, and they were.

To make a long story short, I found the booth and spoke for about 20-25 min. with Michael Sands (Director of Sales and Mktg.) and Neil Reithinger (Pres. and CEO). We talked about the various ways BYWD would be marketing their product and why the products are a "standout" when compared to others. We also talked a little about expected future growth (sales expansion).

I didn't have the time to spend like I would have liked, but was glad that I found them and got to meet them. As an investor it was nice to put a face next to a name. It was also nice to see them out working on promoting the products and the company. They were packing up for the night and told me that the next day they would be flying to Florida for another Convention. They said that they had high hopes for that convention because, unlike the one in Anaheim, which was geared toward the public, the one in Florida is a "products show" for most of the major buyers in the US. Neil said the Florida show is a 1-on-1 opportunity to "sell" your product to large retail chains.

It was nice to meet them both. The were very positive, excited, and energetic. Looked like good hands to have on the wheel. And now that I've meet them, I will be more inclined to call every now and then to see how things are going.

I hope this helps anyone following this stock. If you have a Raging Bull account, can you please post this there.
