RM, I simply don't know if your reason was a factor or not. I always figured that Jensen sold stock as needed to keep Gippy afloat. But I have no direct first hand knowledge to that effect, but since the stock had a reverse split in '95 or '96 which reduced the outstanding shares to 10MM, it is considerably(?) more now.
