Karl,
Wrong. The butcher job by Stockwatch was accomplished because they subscribe to John Kaiser's "Bottom Fishing Report", and thus according to John edit as they see fit, no matter that good journalism supports the credo of "fair and balanced". This type of pseudo journalism happens more often than it should and the time may come when Stockwatch pays the price.

By the way, I called jk on Saturday and left a message regarding whether he gave editorial permission (no), and he returned my call today. We talked shortly about BM and his viewpoint is that they are doing everything they can in a most professional manner & "Birch Mountain is different from these plays (the Desert Dirts) in that it has a deposition model that does involve alteration and a plumbing system,
and it has spent all its efforts since 1996 on developing an assaying technique that produces consistent results and can stand up to industry evaluation."

With 3rd party verification by Strathcona forthcoming we will see if the "no see ums" can be seen. We shall see!
