With the impending merger, I doubt AOL will exceed its estimated numbers. There is no incentive until they close the deal.

IMHO,

I just listened to Phil Orlando of the Value Line Fund. He was asked what he thought of AOL/TWX. He said that AOL is rated a 1 and TWX a 2. He owns a lot of both stocks. He said he just loves this deal and called the management excellent or something like that and also called this deal a marriage made in heaven. Maria B. said: Well, if you are an AOL stock holder right now, I don't think you are too happy. Mr. Orlando replied something like: Well, that may be true but this is only short lived.

I will think about those optimistic comments when things look down a bit.
