I kind of thought a lawsuit would be announced given the cc in Dec. I traded out of my position again on Friday. I think this is now truly analogous to QCOM. A lawsuit like this can put a cap on the stock in the mid-term just as it did for QCOM. A suit can be seen in two lights, the negative light being a bit of desperation. Of course the most interesting thing is that a settlement in RMBS favor would propel the stock into the stratisphere. Rich
