The timing of this lawsuit would seem to indicate that it is a "shot in front of the bow" of the new consortium.

Wouldn't you agree that the delay has been well understood and expected for a few months now. Now the question is what players deserted? I think the CC and follow-up with analysts will make a difference where the stock goes short term.
