"why not buy now at 112 or so"

As a long term investor, I have accumulated MSFT in
past years at every significant drop of its share
price. The most recent serious buying was at 80
sometime in 1999, after that retreat from high 90s.

So, if MSFT were to back down to 100, I would do
some serious shooping again. Otherwise, I would just
hold on to my shares, waiting to get doubled easily
after the W2K catches the world attention:)
