If its not known how do you know they are incorrect? (smiling) Very true that no details ahve been given by COMS at this time other than 80% will go to coms shareholders, I did make a mistake - the IPO sites I have seen said they estimate to RAISE $100 Million dollars at IPO - but I don't know if even that is correct, seems low, very low to me...if startups with $10 Million in revenue and huge losses are able to raise $20-$40 Million, I would think a very profitable $500 Million dollar company wiht 100% growth rates would garner more than $100 Million from the underwriters - lets hope its more, because that would imply going public with say 10 Million shares (If its a $10 strike price) which would imply only 50 Million shares total, or a 7:1 ratio.....
