You can get to the edgar filings for both companies from the Investor relations links.

I don't think AMD has any Goodwill :-(

You have to pay more for an acquisition than you can value it at for accounting purposes in order to defer costs through goodwill accounting. AMD has had enough to worry about lately without overpaying for acquisitions. :-)

Intel, on the other hand, is spraying cash around like a burst firehose, and picking up "goodwill" at a rate of about 2 Billion / quarter since last summer (but then, it can well afford to!)
