Today's WSJ highlights Cisco Systems' purchase of two cos. for $567 million in the Virtual Private Networks (VPN) business. The VPN business is presently at $1 Billion and is expected "to explode into the billions of dollars as more companies use VPN's to distribute sensitive data" according to the WSJ. This confirms the soundness of NTRX's business model IMO. I suppose if any takeover speculation were to begin about NTRX, CSCO or Lucent which is also getting into this business would be logical suitors.

Also, the WSJ reports that the VoIP business is heating up as "20% of companies with multiple locations are currently testing IP telephone services as a potential replacement for traditional phone service." It went on to say that another 25% of companies will initiate trials this year.

NTRX's VPN and VoIP businesses will apparently be in high demand going forward.

Regards.
