Mike, Do you know enough about e-books to know if the business is a gorilla or royalty game? I don't at present and don't think anyone will know for some time. Much depends on the Intellectual Property. If it is the latter, it should be comforting to note that Gemstar has hundreds of established alliances with publishers in 40 countries. The acquired companies also have impressive relationships. If it is the former, then it looks like Henry and Bill Gates will sit down again for another chat. The last negotiation process took nearly 12 months. Regards Stew
