Additionaly a friend recommended contacting FRAUD.COM for telephone fraud, so I will investigate that avenue. Again thanks for your inputs. As this was my first time in futures, I think this little gold fish swan in the big shark's ocean and just got his tail fin bit off "just a little". I think I will stick to stock trading, if with good companies, you'll get your money out in the end. I have been averaging 15% gains per quarter. Oh well, Live and learn from mistakes and from good inputs like your. Just my thoughts. Thanks Stan
