I doubt very much that things in SA have changed. The Kebbles were just small fish and their mistake was to get caught. IMO Anglogold and Debeers get away with shenanigans of their own because they are way more powerful and they can rig the system so that they never get caught. No different from the way Goldman Sachs operates in the U.S.

I would agree that Brett Kebble is scum as far as minority shareholders are concerned, but the fact remains that RANGY had good assets and is still up 100% for the year, which is far better than most gold shares out there. But I am glad to have sold the last of my RANGY 2 weeks ago at $4:
