My take on it is that the market is punishing FMKT for not disclosing that GM will leave. The company had to have had a pretty good idea that GM is leaving. I think fundamentally, FMKT is a superb company; so over the long term, you should be fine. Give the market some time to forgive FMKT. It usually does. FMKT should just focus now on getting heavyweight customers like GM. Ford would be good...eh? The gorilla today though (in the market's mind) will be either ARBA or CMRC- or they might just share the limelight for a while but ultimately, one will emerge as the clear winner. I will load up on FMKT if it keeps drifting lower.
