Sergio and Eric: IFLO: How can there be a more perfect fit than the purchase of Spinal Spec. by IFLO? Private company, buy is with majority cash and little stock. (non - dilutive) Spinal had 1.7MM in revs for 99 and is expected to bring more to the bottom line of IFLO in 2000. I really liked the statement in the PR about "the stage is set".....I honestly think that this stock is going to exceed GTNR. Remember how we (I) go so fussy about GTNR not going anywhere for such a long time and that they were giving away their equipment to large Universities. I don't think IFLO has plans on giving away anything. Earnings are due. Personally I'm glad there was no big pre run on the price. Spinal was the first of what I expect to be three releases...1. Spinal..2 Earnings...3. The results of the awards. Ken
