Rod: conference call was upbeat in that several perceptions held by the market were beaten down...fact of the most recent "dry hole" and the fall off in production from the bolivar wells..... HEC is looking for a partner and with the concessions they hold both in colombia and costa rica makes them a valuable asset for any suitor...costa rica was chosen because of similarities in geology to formations encountered in colombia with which HEC is quite familiar... could prove to be an interesting couple of months....Voss said it would be in 2 weeks we would have a press release re: bolivar well updates...he said results are in and they are encouraged but couldn't say more until after the press release rfb
