Solid, I've never invested in, nor shorted, ATHM. I have a more-than-passing interest in their architecture, actually all high capacity architectures, and I've gained an affinity for the discussions and a liking for many of the folks who post on this thread. I'm not bashful, that way.

Most of my observations are between academic and mildly argumentative in nature, as Matt noted earlier. When I'm tempted to go ballistic on what I consider to be travesties in this sector or the desecrating of my profession, I usually take it to the Last Mile or FCTF threads where I attempt to put those thoughts to constructive use, without denigrating anyone's stock. I'm not a basher, that way.

I believe that my observations are always substantive and relevant to the situations being discussed at any point in time. I'm not often wrong, that way.

And they are usually accurate unless I note a tinge of doubt or ignorance about a point, which I am not too proud to say, that way.

If you ask me to give an assessment of ATHM's future, in light of all of their contractual and subordinate standings in all that they do and are subjected to these days, all I can say is this, in the immortal words of Vinny Barbarino of Welcome Back Kotter:
.
"I'm Sooo Confuooosed!"

Good Luck to All who post here!

Best Regards, Frank Coluccio
