Please yourself. So you're saying your price target is $4 ? Mine is $35, let's check back at the end of the year.

Oops, Tom - a bit confused by your posts, after rereading.

Earlier tonight, you were shorting because of the lack of a viable market for the company's product. The later post indicates it's the floorless convertibles that has you shorting away. Can you clarify ? Or is this "double jeopardy" for us hapless longs ?

Enjoy the Transmeta launch tomorrow.

Tom,

Steve, how about short it on the many floorless convertibles with a ceiling conversion price of no more than $4. What do you think holders of those convertible shares will do? They will short the daylight out of this stock, and the beauty is they don't have to buy back the shares to cover. Short/convert, short/convert and it goes on and on and on...

Funny how the longs here missed that big 'ol pile of stock hanging over the market =). Looks like they're gonna learn the hard way...

IMO This stock has C R A S H written in its future.

Steve

I don't know where you got your information. Perhaps you misread something. The fact is that these shares were already converted and this was confirmed by the SEC filing dated 1/12. Spreading lies and profiting...I have to question the morality of it. The legality is another question which I cannot address.
